Although we need confirmation from a Customer to release your payment, we have procedures in place to release the payment in case a Customer forgets or is unable to provide confirmation. We take data protection very seriously. The data you share will be encrypted and well protected according to data protection guidelines.

Good question! A Knackstor may receive payment for one session, less the service fee, if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the session time.

Don’t worry. Although you will need to confirm the payment prior to actually receiving the service, the money will leave your account only after the Knackstor has completed the job and you have confirmed this with us. However, if you cancel last minute, you may be charged for one session at the booking rate plus any applicable service charge. You can find more details in our Terms of Service.
